Cranberry Honey Whipped Butter

(From Our December 2023 Newsletter - Grandma C.)

Ingredients

1. ½ cup salted Butter (slightly chilled)



2. 3 tbsp whole Cranberry sauce



3. 1 tbsp honey

Put all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until mixture is blended and smooth.

Scrape bowl and beat again until you achieve a light, fluffy texture.

Put into a serving ramekin and serve with dinner rolls.

This is best if served at room temperature, but you can store it in the refrigerator and keep it fresh for several days before serving.
