Easy No-Fail Cranberry-Orange Fudge

Ingredients Heat condensed milk in a medium saucepan, stirring constantly, for approximately 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.  Do not boil!

Add white chocolate, orange extract, orange zest and salt.  Stir to combine and continue stirring until chocolate is completely melted.

Remove from heat and add the cranberries, stir to mix.

Spread the mixture into a foil lined 8x8 inch baking pan.

Cover and let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for approximately 2 hours.

Cut into 1” squares.  Serve!

*Tip: This recipe does not seem to work well if you use white chocolate chips, so try to use the genuine white chocolate baking squares!
