Quick Spaghetti Bake

(From Our December 2012 Newsletter - Grandma C.)

Ingredients Boil spaghetti noodles according to package directions, drain.
Grease bottom and sides (or use Pam cooking spray) of a 9 X 9 square baking dish.
Spread 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce over the bottom of the dish.  Add chopped onion, celery and mushrooms to the remaining sauce, then add the mixture to cooked spaghetti noodles.  Toss till well mixed.
Spread the spaghetti mixture evenly in the baking dish.  Salt and Pepper to taste, then top with mozzerella cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
Let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then you should be able to slice it like lasagna and serve!  This is a good, quick weekday dinner!
A nice variation is to use a jar of Alfredo sauce instead of Marinara, and add some Chicken.  It makes a wonderful casserole.
