Pork Tenderloin And Peach Chutney

(From Our September 2009 Newsletter - Auntie Que)

  • 2lb. Pork Tenderloin

  • 2 whole garlic cloves minced

  • salt and pepper

  • Peach Chutney
To begin, split Pork tenderloin in half and stuff with minced garlic.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Bake 20 mins at 350 degrees.
Remove tenderloin from oven, open up tenderloin and stuff with peach chutney.
Close and return to oven for 20-30 more minutes.
Remove roast from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
Slice into even pieces and serve with a dollop of Peach Chutney on the side.
